Johnny has more than 20 years experience in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry. From Bellboy to Resident Manager, from Travel Agent to Conference Planner. He is educated at the universities in Strassbourg and New York and has worked and trained in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Greece, Africa, Italy, USA, and Canada.
Johnny is a faculty member of the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE).
Johnny is a motivational speaker, workshop leader as well as a business consultant. His professional journey has taken him through the fields of business, essentially in the world of tourism and hospitality, with a focus on quality customer service, leadership, team development, food and beverage a well as all other aspects of managing a hotel.
